Assalamu Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
So, this post is my long overdue update on my first impressions of the Lorac Mega Pro 2 palette.<br />
This palette lived up to my expectations for the most part.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-cL6OxlLHQ3g/Vh1FpnAhf2I/AAAAAAAAB8o/0zMZuU-xmfQ/s1600/loracmp1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-cL6OxlLHQ3g/Vh1FpnAhf2I/AAAAAAAAB8o/0zMZuU-xmfQ/s640/loracmp1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<br />
The eye shadows are buttery and blend well. I did create a smokey eye using Tangerine, Forest, and Saddle. I wore this look in my <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9JABI0MgtmA" target="_blank">Fall Favorites Tag</a> video.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-TBgpoqFabRU/Vjtz84VhWQI/AAAAAAAAB-o/UjpYVDdYvyU/s1600/forest%252Ctangerine%252Csaddle.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-TBgpoqFabRU/Vjtz84VhWQI/AAAAAAAAB-o/UjpYVDdYvyU/s640/forest%252Ctangerine%252Csaddle.jpg" width="588" /></a></div>
The look came out almost as good as I would have liked. I didn't use a black base under forest. I only used an eye shadow primer on my entire eyelid.<br />
<br />
I've been using this palette for almost all of my eye shadow looks lately. However, I also have been using other eyes hadow palettes like the Urban Decay Vice 4 or the Morphe 35O to supplement colors.<br />
<br />
The only thing that bothers me about this palette is that the eye shadows 'Penny' and 'Cinnamon' are really similar any both of them tend to blend into my skin.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-3NsMwq_nNeg/Vh1Il2q9vbI/AAAAAAAAB9M/yQ4wYGAHzA0/s1600/loracmp5-1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-3NsMwq_nNeg/Vh1Il2q9vbI/AAAAAAAAB9M/yQ4wYGAHzA0/s640/loracmp5-1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
(Shown Above: Sugar, Chiffon, Proseco, Soft Plum, Cinnamon, Sandstone, Gunmetal, Blue Quartz)<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-cKMm2VmvQ1A/Vh1Ilg33sqI/AAAAAAAAB9I/loQHwxvF6S0/s1600/loracmp4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-cKMm2VmvQ1A/Vh1Ilg33sqI/AAAAAAAAB9I/loQHwxvF6S0/s640/loracmp4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
(Shown Above: Moonlight, Seashell, Peony, Dk. Sienna, Penny, Olivine, Gold Leaf, Black Ivy)<br />
<br />
Despite that, this palette definitely gets a seal of approval for me. If you like the colors then you should definitely pick it up!<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, That's It.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
What are your thoughts on this palette?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Until Next Time,</div>

Assalamu wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
So, for today's post I'll be doing a first impressions on the Lorac Mega Pro <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palette_%28computing%29" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" title="Palette (computing)">palette</a>. I've recently purchased this palette and wanted to share right away! I decided to do a first impression post instead of a <a class="zem_slink" href="http://www.youtube.com/" rel="homepage" target="_blank" title="YouTube">YouTube video</a> because this way it will be easier for me to do another update blog post as opposed to two videos.<br />
<br />
I bought this palette for $59 off of <a class="zem_slink" href="http://www.ulta.com/" rel="homepage" target="_blank" title="Ulta">Ulta</a>'s website. It was my first online Ulta order! It's an Ulta exclusive.<br />
<br />
This palette is the sequel to the infamous Lorac Mega Pro palette. That palette sold out within hours of being released. Many people (myself included) were upset that they couldn't get their hands on it.<br />
<br />
It seemed like Lorac was more prepared and properly stocked this palette. It is still in stock so if you want it be sure to get your hands on it.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-lgdLiLWgmek/Vh1FgVGhrxI/AAAAAAAAB8c/mTZx36-ubpw/s1600/phonto.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-lgdLiLWgmek/Vh1FgVGhrxI/AAAAAAAAB8c/mTZx36-ubpw/s640/phonto.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
It includes 32 eyeshadows. By the size of the box you would either think that the palette was huge or it came with at least an eyeshadow primer. The palette is made out of cardboard with a velvety material over it. It reminds me of the <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NARS_Cosmetics" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" title="NARS Cosmetics">NARS</a> packaging in that sense. It's very sturdy and substantial despite the fact that it is made out of cardboard.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-cL6OxlLHQ3g/Vh1FpnAhf2I/AAAAAAAAB8k/RJ9hBtHV-qY/s1600/loracmp1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-cL6OxlLHQ3g/Vh1FpnAhf2I/AAAAAAAAB8k/RJ9hBtHV-qY/s640/loracmp1.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
The palette is divided into mattes and shimmers. The top two rows are matte and the bottom two are shimmer. From first glance Tangerine, Saddle, and Forest get my attention and I really want to do a smoky eye with them.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-kqKlXRGrbS8/Vh1F0-wjScI/AAAAAAAAB8s/xjLwTVHd0Fg/s1600/loracmp2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-kqKlXRGrbS8/Vh1F0-wjScI/AAAAAAAAB8s/xjLwTVHd0Fg/s640/loracmp2.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-1WIX5G9TSek/Vh1KD4wms9I/AAAAAAAAB9Y/rU3jW06J5H4/s1600/loracmp3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-1WIX5G9TSek/Vh1KD4wms9I/AAAAAAAAB9Y/rU3jW06J5H4/s640/loracmp3.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-3NsMwq_nNeg/Vh1Il2q9vbI/AAAAAAAAB9E/wLcK6lLN3y8/s1600/loracmp5-1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-3NsMwq_nNeg/Vh1Il2q9vbI/AAAAAAAAB9E/wLcK6lLN3y8/s640/loracmp5-1.jpg" width="640" /></a><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-cKMm2VmvQ1A/Vh1Ilg33sqI/AAAAAAAAB9A/Y0xWLddLv3M/s1600/loracmp4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-cKMm2VmvQ1A/Vh1Ilg33sqI/AAAAAAAAB9A/Y0xWLddLv3M/s640/loracmp4.jpg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
These shadows swatch beautifully but are easy to wipe off with a tissue. There is a lot of kick up that comes from the shadows when you dip your brush into them. This can cause a lot of mess in the palette.<br />
<br />
The shadows are very pigmented and blend well together. However, be sure not to pick up too much on your brush. Otherwise you'll spend a long time blending.<br />
<br />
<a class="zem_slink" href="http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=40.729007,-73.995162&spn=1.0,1.0&q=40.729007,-73.995162%20(Bottom%20Line)&t=h" rel="geolocation" target="_blank" title="Bottom Line">Bottom Line</a>: My first impression of this palette is that it includes a nice variety of shades. The pigmentation and quality of the shadows make me very excited to use this palette.<br />
<br />
I'll post an update blog post in two weeks. So, keep a look out!<br />

Assalam wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
Today's blog post is going to be about the popular 35O palette from Morphe. This palette has been in and out of stock twice. I managed to snag it because Ricky's NYC opened a new location in Soho and started carrying the palette in store when it was released the second time. I have heard that it is going to come back in stock in the next couple weeks if not sooner. This palette retails for $22.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ssaNMZfqRAs/VeXrITo_v6I/AAAAAAAAB54/1sWhM70-ojc/s1600/IMG_1168.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ssaNMZfqRAs/VeXrITo_v6I/AAAAAAAAB54/1sWhM70-ojc/s640/IMG_1168.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<span id="goog_2074235143"></span><span id="goog_2074235144"></span><br />
<br />
This palette comes in the same packaging that all the other Morphe palettes come in. It does leave a lot to be desired, but fancy packaging would probably raise the price. It has a small sticker on the back that says 35O. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Du4zeZk_KPY/VeXum7ZhckI/AAAAAAAAB6M/brItyepbOsE/s1600/IMG_7134.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="426" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Du4zeZk_KPY/VeXum7ZhckI/AAAAAAAAB6M/brItyepbOsE/s640/IMG_7134.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
Just looking at this palette, you can tell why it is so popular. The colors are very warm and pigmented. There are even some shades that feel like more of a cream than a powder. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-MfQz9wWX93s/VeXuviR1W5I/AAAAAAAAB6U/mGb2IP2B7jc/s1600/IMG_7135.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-MfQz9wWX93s/VeXuviR1W5I/AAAAAAAAB6U/mGb2IP2B7jc/s640/IMG_7135.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
Some colors may look similar especially the browns but when you take a closer look you notice that the finishes are different. The shimmers are my favorite, especially the ones in the last two pictures of swatches. While I was swatching these shadows, I noticed that if you rub them against something the pigmentation disappears. However, when are you rubbing your eyes against anything while you're wearing makeup?<br />
<br />
This palette is perfect for everyone at any level of makeup. It has basic essential colors as well as some eye-catching colors. It's definitely worth getting! So keep a look out for it on Morphe's website as well on instagram. They might announce when it comes back in stock.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, That's it.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Do you currently have this palette? Will you be getting it?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

Assalamu wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
Today's post is going to be about the new limited edition World Traveler palette by Anastasia Beverly Hills. This palette came out a couple weeks ago and I bought it from Sephora for $30.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-_n46XDxeJCw/VbfvrJHo5HI/AAAAAAAAB3g/4FwIPwj54VM/s1600/abhwt1.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-_n46XDxeJCw/VbfvrJHo5HI/AAAAAAAAB3g/4FwIPwj54VM/s640/abhwt1.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
It comes with 12 eyeshadows and a dual ended eyeshadow brush.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-oXhsW8xubtQ/Vbfvw0UGiiI/AAAAAAAAB3o/2bKj2-HZjeI/s1600/abhwt2.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="456" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-oXhsW8xubtQ/Vbfvw0UGiiI/AAAAAAAAB3o/2bKj2-HZjeI/s640/abhwt2.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
All of the shadows in this palette are very creamy and smooth. I'm not very familiar with shadows from Anastasia. This my first time trying them and I must say that I'm impressed!<br />
<br />
The only thing is that it looks like my palette is crooked on the inside. The bottom part of the palette doesn't seem to match up with the top.<br />
<br />
Here are the swatches:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-gwfNFoWx6gA/VbfvWPltQjI/AAAAAAAAB3Y/VBA5l20ApcM/s1600/abhwt3.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-gwfNFoWx6gA/VbfvWPltQjI/AAAAAAAAB3Y/VBA5l20ApcM/s640/abhwt3.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
On my arm, some of the lighter shades (Bellini, Pink Champagne, and Chic) didn't last very long. They came off as my arm brushed my clothes as I walked around. I'm used to my shadows being able to stay for the most part. However, they did last as long as I needed them to on my eyes.<br />
<br />
I have a makeup tutorial using this palette coming up on my YouTube channel this week. So, be on the look out for that.<br />
<br />
I think this palette is definitely worth the money. If you like it and you want it definitely go pick it up!<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, That's it.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Until Next Time,</div>

Assalamu wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
Today's post is going to be on my June Favorites. I have been liking enough new products this past month that I felt the need to show my favorites.<br />
<br />
1) Cover Girl Ready, Set, Gorgeous and L'oreal Infallible foundation mix<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-SplCGX7xoQ0/VZWJvNTGMbI/AAAAAAAAB0M/iWS777g5uSk/s1600/junefav2.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="457" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-SplCGX7xoQ0/VZWJvNTGMbI/AAAAAAAAB0M/iWS777g5uSk/s640/junefav2.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
I began mixing these two foundations because I was between the two shades. But, I really came to like the finish that they gave me when they were combined. The L'oreal foundation is matte and the Cover Girl foundation is more on the luminous side. So, when I combine them I get a satin finish. I used this combo in my Summer Foundation Routine video.<br />
<br />
2) Makeup Forever Pro Sculpt Duo #2<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-mX_IviIaqvg/VZvx_lMHc5I/AAAAAAAAB0s/vK2v_JsQdYQ/s1600/junefav3.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="456" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-mX_IviIaqvg/VZvx_lMHc5I/AAAAAAAAB0s/vK2v_JsQdYQ/s640/junefav3.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I was suckered in by the hype that was surrounding this highlighter! It's such a pretty gold color but it isn't too intense. Many people say that it is a dupe for MAC's whisper of gilt and Estee Lauder's Heat wave. While I don't have either of those highlighter, I've seen comparison pictures and they look different swatched next to each other.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-iJSac23ZCPw/VZvzQdKoXfI/AAAAAAAAB00/Eswhud6I480/s1600/junefave4.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="456" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-iJSac23ZCPw/VZvzQdKoXfI/AAAAAAAAB00/Eswhud6I480/s640/junefave4.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
In the picture above, I've swatched the two colors in the duo next to each other. The highlight is on the left and the contour is on the right. <br />
<br />
3) Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Luminous Light<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-FtkJfOz9YeY/VZv8tIG4XBI/AAAAAAAAB1E/2PlCDrfdWMo/s1600/junefav5.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="456" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-FtkJfOz9YeY/VZv8tIG4XBI/AAAAAAAAB1E/2PlCDrfdWMo/s640/junefav5.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I've been eyeing the Ambient Lighting powders since they came out. I finally bit the bullet and bought one during the Sephora VIB sale. I didn't know which one to buy even though I always swatch them in store. I did some research and this one was raved about the most. A lot of people say that they use it for all over their face but I'm a little too hesitant for that. I use it to highlight the highest points on my face and I love the natural glow it gives.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-OJKw-yBX10U/VZv9jng2TiI/AAAAAAAAB1M/qpqAQpaG2ng/s1600/junefav6.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="456" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-OJKw-yBX10U/VZv9jng2TiI/AAAAAAAAB1M/qpqAQpaG2ng/s640/junefav6.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
4) <a class="zem_slink" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urban_decay" rel="wikipedia" target="_blank" title="Urban decay">Urban Decay</a> Afterglow 8- Hour blush in Bang<br />

<br />
I apologize about the flash on this one. The top of the compact has the logo on it and it's clear so you can see the blush through it. This is good if you plan on storing it laying down. However, that also means that it doesn't have a mirror.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-GMay_SFL570/VZwY_Rp3QII/AAAAAAAAB1k/mJEu-inqZrg/s1600/Junefaves7.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="456" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-GMay_SFL570/VZwY_Rp3QII/AAAAAAAAB1k/mJEu-inqZrg/s640/Junefaves7.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
This shade is a vivid orange. To some people, like my sister, it can be startling. But, the powder is creamy and blends out wonderfully and looks like a natural flush on the skin.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-jGxzfC1Kg5w/VZwaXNv4k7I/AAAAAAAAB1w/BnYErd2XPY4/s1600/junefav8.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="456" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-jGxzfC1Kg5w/VZwaXNv4k7I/AAAAAAAAB1w/BnYErd2XPY4/s640/junefav8.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
This the blush blended out on the back of my hand.<br />
<br />
5) Makeup For Ever Artist Plexigloss in 404<br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
This shade looks more pink than it actually is. It has a lot more red in it in person.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZFSwuQszAY4/VZwh1OFdihI/AAAAAAAAB2M/VYkQYl6FjwM/s1600/junefav10.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="456" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-ZFSwuQszAY4/VZwh1OFdihI/AAAAAAAAB2M/VYkQYl6FjwM/s640/junefav10.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>
I have noticed that these lip glosses are more pigmented on my hand than they are on my lips. The darker shades are more pigmented out of the entire range. This lip gloss isn't exactly sticky but it does stick to your lips. It has more of a tacky feel to it.<br />
<br />

Assalamu wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
Today's post is going to be on the two products I picked from Anastasia Beverly Hills' summer collection. I know that she is coming out with some more liquid lipstick colors in July and I plan to pick one of those up too.<br />
<br />
The two products I have are the liquid lipstick in Craft and the water color in Ice Blue. The lipstick is $20 and the waterproof creme color is $18<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-zIC9quEDELk/VYB_q0W63cI/AAAAAAAAByY/uvsuTFrza1M/s1600/ABHsummer1.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-zIC9quEDELk/VYB_q0W63cI/AAAAAAAAByY/uvsuTFrza1M/s640/ABHsummer1.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/--59TSRPQtZo/VYCAF75x98I/AAAAAAAAByg/lg8gPLRhrQc/s1600/ABHsummer2.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/--59TSRPQtZo/VYCAF75x98I/AAAAAAAAByg/lg8gPLRhrQc/s640/ABHsummer2.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
Craft is a pinkish berry color. </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Xy3GMHLKp5w/VYCAglbJ1II/AAAAAAAAByo/5ur9_hABUrY/s1600/ABHsummer3.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Xy3GMHLKp5w/VYCAglbJ1II/AAAAAAAAByo/5ur9_hABUrY/s640/ABHsummer3.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>
This was my first time trying the ABH liquid lipsticks and I have to disagree with some of the negative reviews that they've received.<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><b>It does wear off if you eat greasy food.</b> I had a hamburger and fries when I wore this lipstick and it only wore off in the middle of my lips. However, everywhere else it was fine.</li>
<li><b>It reapplies well. </b>I reapplied the lipstick, after I ate, to the middle of my lips and it blended in with the lipstick from the first application well.</li>
<li><b>It doesn't bleed outside the lip line. </b>Since this dries matte, it stayed within my lip line.</li>
<li><b>You can feel it on your lips.</b> Especially on the inside of your lips where the lipstick ends, that line is noticeably dryer. However, it's not restricting.</li>
<li><b>It didn't go into the lines of my lips. </b>However, I know some people said that it was the light colors that settled into the lines of the lips. </li>
</ul>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-kDIwAn0_kHY/VYCSsitCQAI/AAAAAAAABzA/A-l1wkOJyZ0/s1600/IMG_6381.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-kDIwAn0_kHY/VYCSsitCQAI/AAAAAAAABzA/A-l1wkOJyZ0/s640/IMG_6381.JPG" width="480" /></a></div>
<ul style="text-align: left;"> </ul>
I picked up one of the waterproof creme colors in the shade Ice Blue. Ice Blue is light bright blue. It reminds me of a sky blue.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8h4voCONxrU/VYCAr4fZJ1I/AAAAAAAAByw/oA2SQF5Pd_4/s1600/ABHsummer4.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="480" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8h4voCONxrU/VYCAr4fZJ1I/AAAAAAAAByw/oA2SQF5Pd_4/s640/ABHsummer4.jpeg" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><b>It's more moisturizing than I thought it would be. </b>It's not exactly creamy but it wasn't dry like I expected it to be. </li>
<li><b>It dries relatively quickly. </b>So, you have to be fast with it. You can't apply it to both eyes then blend it out.</li>
<li><b>You can use it as a base or a as an eyeliner.</b> Some people have used the pink/reddish colors as lipstick. I used it as an eyeliner in the picture below.</li>
</ul>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-mLzzdZHsYG8/VYCS0ZifhEI/AAAAAAAABzI/A8qEgpmG8Qo/s1600/IMG_6448.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="640" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-mLzzdZHsYG8/VYCS0ZifhEI/AAAAAAAABzI/A8qEgpmG8Qo/s640/IMG_6448.JPG" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
</ul>
So, I really like the two items that I picked up and I plan to pick up more things from this brand.<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, That's It.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Have you tried anything from the summer collection? What did you like?<br />

<br />
Assalamu wa alaykum/Hi,<br />
<br />
Today's post is going to be swatches of some of the colors from Colourpop's new limited edition pastel spring collection. If you aren't familiar with Colourpop. It is a cosmetics brand that has become well known on Instagram and YouTube. They're based in LA and they don't test on animals. Majority of their products are $5 with the exception of their blushes which are $8. I have a handful of tutorials, hauls, and reviews featuring Colourpop products. My last video was a review of their blushes. All of those videos are in the video player on the left side of the page.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-2gRx1EOIhkg/VUAK0d7lNKI/AAAAAAAABwA/uQHaVtIWhWQ/s1600/colourpopspring1.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-2gRx1EOIhkg/VUAK0d7lNKI/AAAAAAAABwA/uQHaVtIWhWQ/s1600/colourpopspring1.jpeg" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
So, this collection was comprised of 12 eyeshadows, 5 lippie six, and 5 lippie pencils. This blog post will include swatches of 7 of the limited edition eyeshadows and 3 of the limited edition lippie stix, and lippie pencil. Also, I will include some permanent products that I picked up in the same order. I will denote which items are limited edition and which aren't.<br />
<br />
The eyeshadows:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-k_GXZW5WnWE/VT_893ca63I/AAAAAAAABu0/apWOMwsp2TU/s1600/Colourpopspring2.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-k_GXZW5WnWE/VT_893ca63I/AAAAAAAABu0/apWOMwsp2TU/s1600/Colourpopspring2.jpeg" height="456" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
These are the first four from lightest to darkest. The one I was most excited for was 'Hello.' However as you'll see from the swatches in the next photo, it isn't that pigmented. At the same time, these are pastel eyeshadows. The same thing happens with 'Flux.' It's a nice mint eyeshadow. 'Beauty Call' is a bright blue. I used it as a base in an upcoming makeup tutorial. 'Taco' is a deep sea blue. The consistency of these eyeshadows are different from the shadows in the permanent collection. These kind of remind me of play-doh.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-UmDlcaLiW20/VT__WhBCwiI/AAAAAAAABvA/SC2dEsAwrUo/s1600/colourpopswatch1.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-UmDlcaLiW20/VT__WhBCwiI/AAAAAAAABvA/SC2dEsAwrUo/s1600/colourpopswatch1.jpeg" height="456" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
As you can see the pigmentation of the first three shadows aren't the best. I think I'll use 'Hello' and 'Flux' as highlight colors. 'Beauty Call' would need a white base if you plan on using it as a shadow with nothing over it. 'Taco' is pigmented enough to be worn alone. However, it would probably look better with a white base.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-k9t-oX3KX4c/VUACDUjNRKI/AAAAAAAABvM/vHwgQGOac5A/s1600/colourpopspringswatches3.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-k9t-oX3KX4c/VUACDUjNRKI/AAAAAAAABvM/vHwgQGOac5A/s1600/colourpopspringswatches3.jpeg" height="456" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
These are the last set of eyeshadows that I bought. 'Snap Dragon' the color of grass that's used in spring displays. 'Daddy' is a violet purple. 'Shop' is a coral eyeshadow that comes off as a red in pictures for some reason. I recently did a makeup tutorial with this look a couple weeks ago. 'Acorn' has quickly become my favorite eyeshadow. It's a beige-champagne color. I feel like I could use it as a highlighter. Although 'Acorn' is apart of the spring collection, it has the consistency of the shadows in the permanent collection. The last eyeshadow that I bought is 'Mooning' 'Mooning' is a dark brown with copper glitter in it. It's apart of the permanent collection. I saw a tutorial with it and I fell in love. The consistency is so smooth. This shadow and 'Acorn' are both pearlized finishes.<br />
<br />
The Lippies:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-HFa6pUq0lM0/VUAFI467FiI/AAAAAAAABvY/6bn46HXz6Qk/s1600/colourpopspring7.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-HFa6pUq0lM0/VUAFI467FiI/AAAAAAAABvY/6bn46HXz6Qk/s1600/colourpopspring7.jpeg" height="456" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
The lippie stix that I bought are Tootsi, Pepper, Frida, Lumber, and Julep. I also bought the lippie pencil for Tootsi. I think I might be the only one that's not a fan of the lippie stix. I don't care for their consistency. They tend to drag on my lips. Even 'Julep,' a cream finish, gives me a hard time. I also feel like they're the kind of product that has to blended with my fingers.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-RQ3PTSG1ZDo/VUAJmnZ8O5I/AAAAAAAABvw/uhGn6tPDCZM/s1600/colourpopspringswatches3.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-RQ3PTSG1ZDo/VUAJmnZ8O5I/AAAAAAAABvw/uhGn6tPDCZM/s1600/colourpopspringswatches3.jpeg" height="457" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
'Tootsi' is part of the spring collection. There was a lot of hype surrounding this color. So, I picked up the lippie pencil for it as well. It's a matte finish. 'Pepper' is probably my least favorite out of all of the ones that I bought. It's part of the spring collection as well. I find that this color looks so unflattering on me alone. I definitely have to use a lip liner with it. It's a matte finish. 'Frida' is the creation of Coffeebreakwithdani on Youtube with Colourpop. This color looks very peachy on my skin tone. It's a satin finish. 'Lumiere' is the product of a collab between Kathleen Lights on Youtube and Colourpop. It's probably my favorite because it causes the least amount of drama when I apply it. It's a matte finish. The last color that I bought was 'Julep.' 'Julep' is like a dark coral color. The formula of it really made me not like it. Although it's a cream, it wasn't creamy on my lips.<br />
<br />
Blush:<br />
<br />
The last thing I bought was Blush in the shade 'Swift.' I bought this to use as a bronzer.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-9jvrxGUd2r4/VUAHN2mj04I/AAAAAAAABvk/b-kbmIUFabY/s1600/colourpopspring5.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-9jvrxGUd2r4/VUAHN2mj04I/AAAAAAAABvk/b-kbmIUFabY/s1600/colourpopspring5.jpeg" height="456" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
'Swift' has a reddish brown and looks kind of orangey when it's blended out.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-_JrrxG19bAw/VUAJy6KeXpI/AAAAAAAABv4/B7N5JyV_MYE/s1600/colourpopspring6.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-_JrrxG19bAw/VUAJy6KeXpI/AAAAAAAABv4/B7N5JyV_MYE/s1600/colourpopspring6.jpeg" height="456" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, that's all the thing I bought from Colourpop recently. I do have a whole batch of eyeshadows and blushes I bought previously. I'm trying to hold off on getting the new highlighters that just came out because I've bought too much from them already.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Are you fan of Colourpop? If so, what are favorite products?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>

Until Next Time,</div>

Assalamu wa Alaykum/Hi,<br />
<br />
So IMATS was last weekend and I managed to attend on Saturday. Getting home and back to school was an ordeal but I think it was worth it. I wanted to arrive at 8 since the doors opened at 9, but I didn't get there until 9:09 and the line was really long. However, it didn't move slow at all. I do appreciate their efforts in directing the people in line to different registers (?) to be registered and get their wrist band.<br />
<br />
I was supposed to go to Anastasia Beverly Hills' booth first because earlier that day I ran out of my brow wiz. But, when I got there I was told that line was closed for 10 minutes. I went back twice after that and was told that the line was closed for 20 minutes. So, I ended up not getting my brow wiz. So, I left and went to INGLOT where I made my first purchase. I've been after their gel liners for so long and I have heard such great things about their duraline that I bought the gel line in black and white and the duraline.<br />
<br />
I was going to get brushes from Morphe Brushes but their line was too long. It was ridiculous. It was because they had the Jaclyn Hill Favorites palette. So, I went to the Bdellium tools booth and asked if there was a line. One of the women working booth told me no and I was kind of surprised. I took advantage of it I bought 4 brushes for me and two for my mother.<br />
<br />
Then I went to Dose of Colors and saw that their line was longer than when I first walked buy it so I got on it. I was nervous that the new Terra Collection would be out of stock. However, it wasn't. Berry Me 2 was though. I was kind of bummed about that because I wanted that color.<br />
<br />
Next I went to Alcone and I bought the Cinema Secret brush cleaner, pack of beauty blenders, and a Skindinavia setting spray for my mother. Then I went to Ricky's and picked up some LA Girl products. I was hoping that they would have some Dose of Colors products but they didn't. I was swatching Makeup For Ever's eyeshadows when I was told that they were 50% off. That brought them down to $10.50 each so I bought three. Then I went to NYX to buy a brow pencil and I picked up an Intense butter gloss. Lastly, I went to City Colors when I was just about broke and picked up a blush and brow powder duo for $3 each.<br />
<br />
There was a makeup museum there and it showed costume makeup:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-NgjIWaSRJn4/VS_XZ00XwjI/AAAAAAAABuI/db5Vt6R-m2I/s1600/mm1.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-NgjIWaSRJn4/VS_XZ00XwjI/AAAAAAAABuI/db5Vt6R-m2I/s1600/mm1.jpeg" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-gKt650vzm-Q/VS_XiXNfXyI/AAAAAAAABuQ/eHO_E5E2Dk0/s1600/mm2.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-gKt650vzm-Q/VS_XiXNfXyI/AAAAAAAABuQ/eHO_E5E2Dk0/s1600/mm2.jpeg" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
It was kind of gross.<br />
<br />
So, my IMATS was a success. I enjoyed my time even though I went alone. Next time I'll definitely bring a friend. I managed to meet and take pictures with a few people. I met Anna, the founder of Dose of Colors:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-kMRdFmkOOt8/VS_VdEBAQMI/AAAAAAAABtw/xVnxG_ir494/s1600/dose%2Bof%2Bcolors.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-kMRdFmkOOt8/VS_VdEBAQMI/AAAAAAAABtw/xVnxG_ir494/s1600/dose%2Bof%2Bcolors.jpeg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
Then I met Mac Daddy:<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-daGLxcjh29M/VS_VstLQYEI/AAAAAAAABt4/_a5Tie_L_v4/s1600/macdaddy.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-daGLxcjh29M/VS_VstLQYEI/AAAAAAAABt4/_a5Tie_L_v4/s1600/macdaddy.jpeg" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
Then I met Rosita Applebum as I was leaving because my feet were killing me:<br />

Patrick Starr, Mannymua, and viva_glam_kay were outside taking pictures the same time that I saw Rosita, but they're line was so long.They were outside because IMATS kicked them out as well as some other big Youtubers. I felt that sort of took away from the experience because I was excited to meet these people. But that was the only negative thing about my IMATS experience. I definitely plan on going next year! Check out my IMATS haul on my youtube channel!<br />

Assalamu wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
Today's blogpost is going to be my first impressions on InstaNatural's Dead Sea Mud mask and Retinol moisturizer. I refer to this as a first impressions and not a review because these two products are skin care items and I've only had them for about a week. I normally like to use skin care items for a longer period of time before I voice my opinion on them. I will do a follow up review that will be more in depth. You can visit their website <a href="http://instanatural.com/collections/body-hair/products/dead-sea-mud-mask" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">here</a>. These products were sent to me for review. However, I will always offer my honest thoughts and opinions.<br />
<br />
<br />

<br />
<br />
This mask is dark gray color. It's very thick but it feels like a gel. When it starts to dry it becomes tight. However, it's not the same kind of tightness you get from an ordinary mud mask. It's as if it get progressively tighter the more it dries. It's not uncomfortable though. When I finally washed it off my face was soft and smooth. I'll need to use it longer to see the true effects this has.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
This moisturizer seems to be geared toward more mature skin, which I do not have yet. It's supposed to restore and renew firmness, elasticity, and thickness of skin. I apply this in the mornings after I've washed my face. I apply a sun screen and mattifying lotion after it. I don't use this in the evenings because I use olive oil as a moisturizer at night. Although this moisturizer seem a bit thicker it's not as moisturizing as I would like. Especially, since it's still cold out.<br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
When I use this I notice that any dried acne seems to go away faster. It happened to me today actually. I just washed my face so I can record a makeup tutorial for my Youtube channel and I had a dried out pimple (hate that word!) on my cheek and the scab covering (I know, gross! I couldn't think of another word) came off while I was washing my face. It didn't start to bleed or anything. My skin feels very smooth after I apply it. I don't feel the texture on my skin as much.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, That's it.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Have you tried anything from InstaNatural? What did you think?</div>

<br />
Assalamu wa Alaykum/Hi,<br />
<br />
It's been a while! I'm in my second week of my last semester in college. I can't wait to graduate! My mind is not for school work anymore. Anyway, this post is going to be my January Favorites. I'm only included things I haven't talked about in a previous favorites post/video. So, this post isn't going to be a long one.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-GYfuICre9Uk/VNKXmUfsqFI/AAAAAAAABp0/rpsAvONSCp4/s1600/IMG_5412.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-GYfuICre9Uk/VNKXmUfsqFI/AAAAAAAABp0/rpsAvONSCp4/s1600/IMG_5412.JPG" height="504" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
1. Bobbi Brown Bronze Glow Highlighter<br />
Okay, I lied. This highlighter was in my last favorites video on my channel. I love it that much. Everyone, on YouTube especially, raves about it. It's more gold than bronze on my skin tone. But, it's still beautiful.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-MPKDsZLxTQM/VNKXYy05xQI/AAAAAAAABps/v56nk2bvWgY/s1600/IMG_5413.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-MPKDsZLxTQM/VNKXYy05xQI/AAAAAAAABps/v56nk2bvWgY/s1600/IMG_5413.JPG" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
2. MAC Conceal and Correct Palette in Medium/Deep<br />
I've been using the Burnt Orange shade in this palette the most to conceal the darkness under my eyes and around my mouth. I mix NC 40 and NC 42, the two top concealers to conceal and highlight under my eyes.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-uJEsdDNVwDw/VNJe2gGxFkI/AAAAAAAABpQ/7q8ZlH-FbJY/s1600/IMG_5400.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-uJEsdDNVwDw/VNJe2gGxFkI/AAAAAAAABpQ/7q8ZlH-FbJY/s1600/IMG_5400.JPG" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
3. Tarte Tartelette Palette<br />
If you watch my latest tutorials you would know of my love for this palette. It's my first completely matte palette and I love shimmer. It's also my first Tarte palette. The shadows don't seem to swatch nicely but they apply well. I did a separate review video with swatches on my channel. That video should be in the video player on the right side of my blog. If it's not there already it will be there soon.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-BsWtZ-RuiCQ/VNJcl6jCfOI/AAAAAAAABog/4ls6i1BTo6A/s1600/IMG_5398.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-BsWtZ-RuiCQ/VNJcl6jCfOI/AAAAAAAABog/4ls6i1BTo6A/s1600/IMG_5398.JPG" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
4. NARS Audacious Lipstick in Kelly<br />
All the hype surrounding the NARS lipsticks made me want to get one bad. I picked this one up at the NARS boutique on Madison avenue. I was going to get a more natural color but my friend convinced to get something bright for spring. I guess when the makeup artist that was helping us heard spring she went all out because this color is so bright. It's not even the first one she tried on me! That one was even brighter! When I saw this on my first reaction was to take it off right away. But, that had more to do with me than the lipstick. However the more I looked at myself with it on, the more I came to like it.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-1HHXS4_FrEQ/VNJc2_mmpBI/AAAAAAAABoo/JaY62epnRfk/s1600/IMG_5399.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-1HHXS4_FrEQ/VNJc2_mmpBI/AAAAAAAABoo/JaY62epnRfk/s1600/IMG_5399.JPG" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
This shade is exclusive to NARS boutiques. (and possibly Barney's? I'm not 100 percent sure.) That makes it even more special to me because it can't be found everywhere. It's a bright pink/coral color. I wore this lipstick in my December Ipsy video. The formula of these lipsticks are amazing! It's so creamy! I intend to get more very soon<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-_AOWZuIw4sU/VNJeBM0rz3I/AAAAAAAABpA/4E5asS1uwFU/s1600/IMG_5402.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-_AOWZuIw4sU/VNJeBM0rz3I/AAAAAAAABpA/4E5asS1uwFU/s1600/IMG_5402.JPG" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
5. Laura Mercier Invisible Loose Setting Powder<br />
I received this powder in one of my previous Ipsy bags. I use this powder to set my under eye concealer/highlight and anywhere else that I've cream highlighted, such as the bridge of my nose, my forehead, and my cupids bow. Although it's invisible it brightens my under eye in a way that doesn't look unnatural.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-JBtcQPVriRc/VNJfHXqme7I/AAAAAAAABpU/owZsIcWftyc/s1600/IMG_5404.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-JBtcQPVriRc/VNJfHXqme7I/AAAAAAAABpU/owZsIcWftyc/s1600/IMG_5404.JPG" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
6. L'oreal True Match Foundation in W8<br />
I don't have that many drugstore foundations for winter. Most of the ones I have are for my summer shade. So, I decided to pick this one up and I'm so glad that I did. Since the weather is much colder and dryer now, my skin has gotten significantly dryer. This foundation isn't completely matte. It has more luminosity to it than say my BECCA Ultimate Coverage Creme foundation which I also love. I prefer to apply this foundation with my Urban Decay Optical Blurring Brush and it's perfect for every day. The coverage is medium and that's perfect for every day. However, I usually don't use it when I'm filming. My camera shows everything which is a good and a bad thing.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-NpsMqaUFZHI/VNJdTPe2pCI/AAAAAAAABow/6iaDONX7e4s/s1600/IMG_5401.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-NpsMqaUFZHI/VNJdTPe2pCI/AAAAAAAABow/6iaDONX7e4s/s1600/IMG_5401.JPG" height="426" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
7. ELF Complete Coverage Concealer Palette<br />
I bought this concealer palette mainly to cream contour with. It also has a shade that is perfect for me to spot conceal imperfections with. The concealers are creamy and pigmented. For only $3 that is a steal!<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, That's it.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
What have you been loving in the month of January?</div>

Assalamu wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
I've been MIA for over a month! I can't believe that I let that happen. This past semester has been killing me! Anyway, this post is gonna be an unboxing of the One Direction Midnight Memories Collection. I can't really call this a review because I haven't had a chance to use any of the products. However, I will be providing swatches. This collection was sent to me for review. There are two other collections.<br />
<br />
The collection comes in a metal tin that has a brick design on it. There is a plastic sleeve over it with the picture of all 5 members of OD and their signatures.<br />

<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-8XRGKSXnH-8/VKLEGFO-TtI/AAAAAAAABiI/B8ZBoohIn74/s1600/IMG_4706.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-8XRGKSXnH-8/VKLEGFO-TtI/AAAAAAAABiI/B8ZBoohIn74/s1600/IMG_4706.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
The tube for the lip gloss is clear. The top continues with the brick theme. The actual product is a florescent pink with lots of glitter. This lip gloss is supposed to glow under UV light. I can't really test this claim. However, if you go somewhere where there is a lot of UV lights. Try it out!<br />
<br />
2) 4+1 Eyeshadow Palette<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-1b6lSX0rTj8/VKLEV70rXVI/AAAAAAAABig/_Nz8tL1zjx8/s1600/IMG_4701_2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-1b6lSX0rTj8/VKLEV70rXVI/AAAAAAAABig/_Nz8tL1zjx8/s1600/IMG_4701_2.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Ptgfgle8eME/VKLEWHe4MFI/AAAAAAAABik/ynaRwHEVza4/s1600/IMG_4702.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Ptgfgle8eME/VKLEWHe4MFI/AAAAAAAABik/ynaRwHEVza4/s1600/IMG_4702.JPG" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-o29gbpNAlQU/VKLEVnwIgOI/AAAAAAAABic/hscpn0xQEJc/s1600/IMG_4703_2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-o29gbpNAlQU/VKLEVnwIgOI/AAAAAAAABic/hscpn0xQEJc/s1600/IMG_4703_2.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
This palette has some brick design on the front and there's space in the middle so that you can see inside the palette. There five eyeshadows in it. 'Little White Lies' is supposed to be a "palest warm gray." But it looks more like a white on my skin complexion. 'Don't Forget Where You Belong' is supposed to be a soft pink shimmer and I agree. It looks like there is pink and silver shimmer in it. 'Half a Heart' is supposed to be a metal gray. It also has pink and silver shimmer. 'Strong' is supposed to be a "charcoal black matte shimmer." That's an oxymoron if I ever did hear one. How is it matte and a shimmer? This shadow is less shimmery than the other one but it's by no means matte. It also has pink and silver shimmer. The last color is a silver glitter creme called 'Midnight Memories.' None of the shadows in this palette are matte.<br />
<br />
3) 'Better Than Words' Body and Eye Crayon<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-aMPxukWAI2w/VKLEnBM67XI/AAAAAAAABi0/RYx3LAeERXA/s1600/IMG_4708_2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-aMPxukWAI2w/VKLEnBM67XI/AAAAAAAABi0/RYx3LAeERXA/s1600/IMG_4708_2.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-8D_odYl5Fc4/VKLEnWraIqI/AAAAAAAABi4/beQaoKFWX9w/s1600/IMG_4709_2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-8D_odYl5Fc4/VKLEnWraIqI/AAAAAAAABi4/beQaoKFWX9w/s1600/IMG_4709_2.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
This pencil is very creamy and would be a good base for a dark smoky eye.<br />
<br />
4) 'Best Song Ever' crimson red lipstick<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-dWnxMkITyPI/VKLE4IWESJI/AAAAAAAABjM/r-IOjDn2A2s/s1600/IMG_4720_2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-dWnxMkITyPI/VKLE4IWESJI/AAAAAAAABjM/r-IOjDn2A2s/s1600/IMG_4720_2.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-QUwgH3C7fIs/VKLE39pAIoI/AAAAAAAABjE/_xIpd1XO4QU/s1600/IMG_4721.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-QUwgH3C7fIs/VKLE39pAIoI/AAAAAAAABjE/_xIpd1XO4QU/s1600/IMG_4721.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-D6nys7_poIg/VKLE4G5etMI/AAAAAAAABjI/T0smYKuRA70/s1600/IMG_4722_2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-D6nys7_poIg/VKLE4G5etMI/AAAAAAAABjI/T0smYKuRA70/s1600/IMG_4722_2.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
The bottom of the lipstick has the color of it showing in clear packaging. The top has the brick designed engraved in it. When I received this lipstick, the product was stuck in the top.<br />
<br />
5) 'Little Black Dress' volumizing mascara<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-jhR4p00kq0o/VKLFYQrc5tI/AAAAAAAABjg/3J5gsGuftyM/s1600/IMG_4718_2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-jhR4p00kq0o/VKLFYQrc5tI/AAAAAAAABjg/3J5gsGuftyM/s1600/IMG_4718_2.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-us8_ray18RU/VKLFYrE8q3I/AAAAAAAABjk/J_qOTWoRbOI/s1600/IMG_4719.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-us8_ray18RU/VKLFYrE8q3I/AAAAAAAABjk/J_qOTWoRbOI/s1600/IMG_4719.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
This has the brick design as well though it's hard to see. The wand is a classic wire wrap around. It's not the type of wand the I'd care for.<br />
<br />
6) 5 piece Decorator stencil set<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-h6ye0B_iC2E/VKLF6aCzwfI/AAAAAAAABjw/L0c31Ixzwlc/s1600/IMG_4715.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-h6ye0B_iC2E/VKLF6aCzwfI/AAAAAAAABjw/L0c31Ixzwlc/s1600/IMG_4715.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-GLSleCG4RCc/VKLF6V7wHKI/AAAAAAAABj0/ZqB-Crl6oeQ/s1600/IMG_4716_2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-GLSleCG4RCc/VKLF6V7wHKI/AAAAAAAABj0/ZqB-Crl6oeQ/s1600/IMG_4716_2.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
7) 'Right Now' liquified metallic steel nail polish<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-X1Wopgcq_Vc/VKLGDpkBZzI/AAAAAAAABkA/PERiFKEfuDw/s1600/IMG_4711_2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-X1Wopgcq_Vc/VKLGDpkBZzI/AAAAAAAABkA/PERiFKEfuDw/s1600/IMG_4711_2.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-hkIFfM08SNM/VKLGD1HvFrI/AAAAAAAABkI/SwkIkt6s9lc/s1600/IMG_4712.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-hkIFfM08SNM/VKLGD1HvFrI/AAAAAAAABkI/SwkIkt6s9lc/s1600/IMG_4712.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-74R-qeKzgf8/VKLGD-4qzzI/AAAAAAAABkE/NXvC82MztNk/s1600/IMG_4714_2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-74R-qeKzgf8/VKLGD-4qzzI/AAAAAAAABkE/NXvC82MztNk/s1600/IMG_4714_2.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
This nail polish is a gunmetal gray with sparkles in it. It's opaque with only one layer.<br />
<br />
This collection can be bought at Macy's and retails for $28.50. It would be a great gift for any One Direction fans you may know.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, that's it.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Until Next Time,</div>

Assalamu wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
Since we're fully in the season of Fall, I thought that I would share my fall makeup essentials. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-vEVnocgIelU/VFopTHNzWpI/AAAAAAAABbU/tSXcWsCsK64/s1600/fallessentials1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-vEVnocgIelU/VFopTHNzWpI/AAAAAAAABbU/tSXcWsCsK64/s1600/fallessentials1.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
1. Rose Gold<br />
<br />
For some reason rose gold seems especially relevant in the fall to me. So, this is the month that I pull out anything and everything rose gold. In the picture above I have my beloved Naked 3 palette and my BECCA rose gold highlighter.<br />
<br />
2. Bold Lips<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-c4ViicxEeFE/VFopb1EYC9I/AAAAAAAABbc/LFca6wDCMv0/s1600/fallessentials2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-c4ViicxEeFE/VFopb1EYC9I/AAAAAAAABbc/LFca6wDCMv0/s1600/fallessentials2.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
This one is a fall universal for everybody. Dark lips in the fall are more than appropriate they're almost a requirement. So, my picks are MAC's 'Rebel',Cailyn lipgloss, Maybelline's 'Divine Wine' and Plum lip gloss<br />
<br />
3. Mauve lips<br />
<br />
This a newer trend. I told myself I wouldn't talk about the Kylie Jenner lip trend, but here I am talking about it. Everyone wants the dark rose lip color. A suggestion from me would be Maybelline's 'Touch of Spice.'<br />
<br />
4. Dark Eyes<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7zeNdy-aZeE/VFopl-5J2CI/AAAAAAAABbk/hHmVRqCZeos/s1600/fallessentials3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7zeNdy-aZeE/VFopl-5J2CI/AAAAAAAABbk/hHmVRqCZeos/s1600/fallessentials3.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
Fall is the season of intense color. We see it in nature and we also reflect it in our makeup. Two of my picks for this are Colourpop Cosmetics eyeshadows in Bae and Shameless<br />
<br />
5. Bold Cheeks<br />
<br />
Just like every other part of the face, cheeks can be bold during the Fall. One blush that I particularly like that may be considered unusual is NARS' blush 'Taj Mahal.'<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, That's it.What are your fall essentials?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Until Next Time,</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

Assalam wa Alaykum/Hi,<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Csmq_EgW280/VEcOSjDR-bI/AAAAAAAABZs/7QG8fmOefIM/s1600/octoberipsybag!.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Csmq_EgW280/VEcOSjDR-bI/AAAAAAAABZs/7QG8fmOefIM/s1600/octoberipsybag!.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
Today, I'm going to share the contents of October Ipsy bag. I did receive the September bag and I added it at the end of my birthday haul but that footage got ruined. So, the theme for this month's glambag is 'Beauty Candy' and everything is all pastel colors with lots of pink. It's an interesting theme to have in fall. It looks very spring.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-PAm3LVsvJgY/VEcPLfgHNuI/AAAAAAAABZ0/CP-yoDmrCAA/s1600/IMG_4049.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-PAm3LVsvJgY/VEcPLfgHNuI/AAAAAAAABZ0/CP-yoDmrCAA/s1600/IMG_4049.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
Onto the contents of my Ipsy bag. The first thing that I see is this <b>StarLooks lipgloss </b>in the shade <b>Guilty Pleasure</b>.<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-FbAMTgN-C5E/VEcPeMOkH6I/AAAAAAAABZ8/iXtSWEvSwqU/s1600/IMG_4034.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-FbAMTgN-C5E/VEcPeMOkH6I/AAAAAAAABZ8/iXtSWEvSwqU/s1600/IMG_4034.jpg" height="640" width="480" /> </a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
Lip products that are this color tend to scare me. However, when I applied this lipgloss it was pretty much clear and gave a slight pink tint.<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-XBocuWtY42k/VEcQiY-rigI/AAAAAAAABaI/0lV9BdrDDDY/s1600/starlooks.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-XBocuWtY42k/VEcQiY-rigI/AAAAAAAABaI/0lV9BdrDDDY/s1600/starlooks.jpg" height="640" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
The next thing in my bag is a hand cream it's my second one from Ipsy so far. It's the <b>Fig's and Rouge Rose Berry Nourishing & Soothing hand cream</b>.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Nw9odarcm9I/VEcQ_YDBADI/AAAAAAAABaQ/cD9pM5h6cNU/s1600/IMG_4039.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Nw9odarcm9I/VEcQ_YDBADI/AAAAAAAABaQ/cD9pM5h6cNU/s1600/IMG_4039.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
I really like this hand cream so far. The smell reminds me of Koolaid.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-mbfMLsx2xoE/VEcRaHdJbtI/AAAAAAAABaY/rhnDipZG18A/s1600/IMG_4040.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-mbfMLsx2xoE/VEcRaHdJbtI/AAAAAAAABaY/rhnDipZG18A/s1600/IMG_4040.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
Next was, <b>épicé purifying exfoliant</b>. I haven't used this yet since I currently have an exfoliant that I'm using, but the particles in this aren't too abrasive and feel like salt or sugar.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-YX-RslLhUOU/VEcRwtCwHGI/AAAAAAAABag/ZvDS5oTyDp4/s1600/IMG_4041.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-YX-RslLhUOU/VEcRwtCwHGI/AAAAAAAABag/ZvDS5oTyDp4/s1600/IMG_4041.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
Like they can dissolve in water.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-W5hTuSuGIkU/VEcTnWhriYI/AAAAAAAABaw/K86WjjzN80I/s1600/volumeye.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-W5hTuSuGIkU/VEcTnWhriYI/AAAAAAAABaw/K86WjjzN80I/s1600/volumeye.jpg" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
The last thing that was actually in my bag was the <b>Volumeyes mascara </b>by <b>Modelco</b>. I haven't open this mascara yet and probably won't for a while. I have a bunch of mascaras that I need to finish using.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-EHaH9EzoaFk/VEcS0ItsMUI/AAAAAAAABao/t9W5aJ7_PQ4/s1600/nicolebyopi.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-EHaH9EzoaFk/VEcS0ItsMUI/AAAAAAAABao/t9W5aJ7_PQ4/s1600/nicolebyopi.jpg" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
The last thing I received from Ipsy, wasn't actually in the bag. It was in the mailer. It's the <b>Nicole by O.P.I. nail polish </b>in <b>Feeling Very Cherry</b>. This is a pretty dark plum color.<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, That's Everything that was in my Ipsy bag.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
A corresponding video will go up on my channel by Thursday.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
What did you get in your Ipsy glam bag?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Until Next Time,</div>

<br />
Assalam wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
This post was supposed to go up earlier, but laptop wasn't cooperating and wouldn't let me upload the photos. -_-<br />
<br />
I haven't done an 'outfit of the day post' in a while. So, since it's officially fall and it definitely feels like it (most days). I wanted to post an outfit that really made me feel the Fall season. Of course, this means that there are of a lot of browns.<br />
<br />

Assalamu wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
September is gone and October is here! So, it's favorites time. I don't mind October it hasn't gotten too cold yet but I can feel it coming. Actually, the weather is quite bi-polar here.<br />
<br />
Anyway, I'll be posting a corresponding YouTube video on my channel that should be up by Thursday if not sooner. It's pretty much done. I'll link it when I post it. I upload weekly on my channel. Now, on to the favorites.<br />
<br />
This month I haven't really bought anything. I did for my birthday and I have a <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O3C2BhKNOWo" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">birthday haul</a> up if you want to see what I bought. But, I got them at the end of the month and can't really call them favorites. So, this months favorites is going to be smaller than usual.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Du-jjvu-y1k/VDL_5AUf_mI/AAAAAAAABYM/b1cxHQvyM6A/s1600/septemberfav%2714.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Du-jjvu-y1k/VDL_5AUf_mI/AAAAAAAABYM/b1cxHQvyM6A/s1600/septemberfav'14.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
1) Glamglow Youthmud Tinglexfoliate Treatment<br />
<br />
I really like this mask as you'd probably know if you've read my <a href="http://mimi-amoderndayhijabi.blogspot.com/2014/09/review-glamglow-youthmud-tinglexfoliate.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">review</a> on it. It's very effective. I love it minus the burning sensation of course. Actually I used it this morning and it didn't burn as bad. It was a tingle like is supposed to happen.<br />
<br />
2) Foundation Samples: NARS Sheer Glow, Lancome Teint Idole Ultra, BECCA Ultimate Coverage Creme<br />
<br />
I'm currently on the hunt for a fall/winter foundation. My Doublewear is too dark for me. I got the Sheer glow second. I apply with a beauty blender and a brush. I lean more towards the beauty blender because I adore it. It's medium to full coverage. It has a satin finish which I like. Sometimes being matte is not the best look although I prefer it to being dewy. I have the shade Macao<br />
<br />
I got the Lancome Teint Idole Ultra first. I prefer to apply this foundation with a brush as opposed to a sponge/beauty blender. I find that I tend to get very shiny when I apply it with my beauty blender. This is also a medium to full coverage foundation. I have the shade 500.<br />
<br />
I got the BECCA Ultimate Coverage Creme last. On a whim because I cannot be in Sephora and not get anything. I have the shade Tobacco and I feel like this on matches me the best. I normally go slightly darker with my foundation because no one likes that ashy look! But, I found that this foundation is right on with the color my skin currently is. So, this is most likely the foundation I'll end up buying. <br />
<br />
3) Colourpop Cosmetics Eyeshadows<br />
<br />
I showed this eyeshadow in my <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O3C2BhKNOWo" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">birthday haul</a>. I've only used two of them in my <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gabkcUfy4ek" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Eid Makeup Tutorial</a>. But, I can already tell that I love them! I've used the shades 'Meow' and 'Sequin.' I have swatches of all 6 colors that I purchased in my Birthday haul.<br />
<br />
4)NARS Contour Blush<br />
<br />
I've had this contour blush in my last favorites and I still love it. I have it in the shade Gienah.<br />
<br />
5) Elf Complexion Brush<br />
<br />
This the brush that I use with the contour blush. It's kind of tapered at the top is it's good for getting in the hollow of your cheeks.<br />
<br />
6) Urban Decay NAKED FLUSHED Brush<br />
<br />
I originally bought this brush to use with the NARS contour blush. However, I prefer it with normal blush. It picks up the color and blends it so nicely. Way better than how Ecotools blush brush was performing.<br />
<br />
7) BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector in Rose Gold<br />
<br />
I've had this highlighter for a while, but didn't use it because I felt that it was appropriate for fall and winter. This highlighter is buildable and that's what I love about it. It looks so natural and you can keep applying as much as you want until you reach the desired intensity. Also, it doesn't emphasize my pores. So, I'll be trying to get my hands on the new one, Champagne gold, as well as Topaz and Opal. <br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, That's it.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
What products have you been loving?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Until Next Time,</div>

Assalamu wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
Last week I received my second box from Influenster. If you don't know what Influenster is, they're a company that sends out boxes full of products to people based on the demographic that they're trying to reach. For this box, it was college students. Hence, the Dean's List.<br />
<br />
This box came with an assortment of products from makeup to candy to tampons.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Imrc444UJhA/VCnAfQuzI-I/AAAAAAAABXo/rga79B2Z2lY/s1600/IMG_3809.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Imrc444UJhA/VCnAfQuzI-I/AAAAAAAABXo/rga79B2Z2lY/s1600/IMG_3809.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
In this box I received:<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>Airheads Bites</li>
<li>Pilot FriXion Clicker</li>
<li>SinfulColors No Text Red</li>
<li>KISS Look So Natural Lashes </li>
<li>Softlips Cube in Vanilla Bean</li>
<li>Covergirl Ready, Set Gorgeous foundation</li>
<li>Playtex Sport Fresh Balance </li>
</ul>
Although I love makeup and am curious about the covergirl foundation and the lashes, my favorite out of everything in this box has to be the Airheads bites! I haven't had Airheads in years! It took lots of restraint not to eat it all at one time. As I'm writing this the bag is empty. It tastes exactly like the original candy except these are bite sized.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Se_tc3Sba68/VCnEAG4R8YI/AAAAAAAABX0/pqBuPuVnKwQ/s1600/IMG_3848.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Se_tc3Sba68/VCnEAG4R8YI/AAAAAAAABX0/pqBuPuVnKwQ/s1600/IMG_3848.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
One thing I probably won't bet testing or reviewing is the box of Playtex tampons because I don't use them.<br />
<br />
The red nail polish from SinfulColors is apart of a no texting and driving campaign. You are supposed to paint your thumbnail red as a reminder not to text while driving.<br />
<br />
The Pilot Frixion Clicker is America's first retractable erasable gel ink pen. It doesn't fully erase. There are still traces of the ink left behind but I'm still testing it out.<br />
<br />
The Softlip cube reminds me of the Eos lip balms in a way. Its the fact that the actual product is rounded. However, the packaging is different. The actual balm is very moisturizing. I also received a $1 off coupon off any Softlips Cube coupon.<br />
<br />
As for the Covergirl foundation, I don't know how they knew my shade first of all. They told to pick a shade closest to my skin complexion and there were only two that were dark enough to possibly match me out of all the choices. So far, the foundation is light to medium coverage. I applied about three layer which is a first for me. I usually don't apply more than two.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, That''s it,</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Have you tried anything in this post?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I received all of this products for free from Influenster for testing purposes.</div>

Assalamu Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
Over this past summer my skin has been freaking out! I haven't broken out this badly since I was in the 7th grade. So, I have been looking for a mask to help unclog my pores. Although I've heard some really good things about the Glamglow mud masks I wasn't really looking at them as options because of their price.<br />
<br />
A few weeks later I find the this mask, the Glamglow Youthmud Tinglexfoliate, in T.J. Maxx. This wasn't the only one there. They had the supermud as well. Which I believe is the one in the white bottle and they had the one for dark circles. I paid $30 for this instead of the normal $69. $30 is still a lot to spend on a mud mask but considering it's less than half of the original price I am perfectly fine with it.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-VvJxKk8kxo0/VCIYGCDAYbI/AAAAAAAABWg/qUzbfF9MbIc/s1600/IMG_3779.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-VvJxKk8kxo0/VCIYGCDAYbI/AAAAAAAABWg/qUzbfF9MbIc/s1600/IMG_3779.JPG" height="640" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
The box for this is quite large compared to the actual product. In the box you'll find a brochure that talks about all of the different ingredients in the mask and there will also be a small pamphlet with instructions.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ayvZrk9SO4I/VCIYUc6K00I/AAAAAAAABWo/Nl_MkB9GlXs/s1600/IMG_3778.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ayvZrk9SO4I/VCIYUc6K00I/AAAAAAAABWo/Nl_MkB9GlXs/s1600/IMG_3778.JPG" height="640" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-42DB2MHWPyc/VCIYdBqx1FI/AAAAAAAABWw/ZsU_U4AxMe0/s1600/IMG_3777.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-42DB2MHWPyc/VCIYdBqx1FI/AAAAAAAABWw/ZsU_U4AxMe0/s1600/IMG_3777.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
The actual product comes in a small metal jar. It's a greenish gray color with tea leaves in it.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-jnrtICpGV4E/VCIbagsRtqI/AAAAAAAABW8/uH3ayEgnNlI/s1600/IMG_3782.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-jnrtICpGV4E/VCIbagsRtqI/AAAAAAAABW8/uH3ayEgnNlI/s1600/IMG_3782.JPG" height="640" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<b><u>Directions:</u></b></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<b><u><br /></u></b></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
</div>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>Apply a thin layer to clean face.</li>
<li>Stir before use to liquefy.</li>
<li>Expect a Tingle-tastic Effect in 10 mins or less.</li>
<li>Remove mask with water in Circular motions to exfoliate.</li>
<li>Use twice a week or as often as desired.</li>
</ul>
<br />
<br />
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
<br /></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;">
When I first used this I stirred it. I don't anymore it doesn't really seem necessary to me. What they don't tell you about the 'tingle-tastic' effect is that it is PAINFUL! I know everyone reacts differently to a product, but this stuff made my face feel like it was melting off! I'm not exaggerating at all. Thankfully, as it dries the sensation goes away. I do like that this product is like a 2 in 1. It's a mask and an exfoliator. </div>
<br />
<u><b><br /></b></u>
<u><b><br /></b></u>
<u><b>The claims</b>:</u><br />
<u><br /></u>
<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>Leaves skin noticeably radiant and glowing.</li>
<li>Activates collagen synthesis.</li>
<li>Provides gentle resurfacing exfoliation.</li>
<li>Helps to leave skin smoother, brighter, and softer.</li>
<li>Provides tighter skin texture and tighter pores.</li>
<li>Helps to provide a more youthful appearance.</li>
<li>Absorbs impurities without removing natural oils.</li>
<li>Helps to protect against free radical damage. </li>
</ul>
<br />
<br />
My skin responded quite well to this mask. My skin did seem to be much smoother, softer, and glowing. Like any other mud mask, when it dries it tightens on your face. However, any reduction of pores that might have happened is only temporary. Although my skin is oily I do not like to be too dry. My skin did not feel overly dry. So thankfully, this product did not dry my skin out. As for a more youthful appearance, I can't really attest to that since I'm still young. I don't suffer from wrinkles or anything like that. I'm not sure if it protects against free radicals or not. I'm not really sure how to tell if it does or not.<br />
<br />
Here are a couple photos of me with it on:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-xXaof11cc-c/VCIbqTdCpnI/AAAAAAAABXE/ngOm4FB6Ygs/s1600/IMG_3783.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-xXaof11cc-c/VCIbqTdCpnI/AAAAAAAABXE/ngOm4FB6Ygs/s1600/IMG_3783.JPG" height="640" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, That's it.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Have you tried any of the Glamglow masks?</div>

Assalamu wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
So, to celebrate the fact that my birthday was yesterday I decided to use my complimentary Makeover at Sephora. I recently became a VIB at Sephora over the summer and the welcome kit includes a free complimentary Makeover. It's only one time though. As opposed to VIB Rouge members who can get it for free anytime.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-4AuGhN2VXU4/VBesjxMdIYI/AAAAAAAABVs/97Z1sJS0sZA/s1600/makeover1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-4AuGhN2VXU4/VBesjxMdIYI/AAAAAAAABVs/97Z1sJS0sZA/s1600/makeover1.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
I decided to go out to eat for dinner with my friends and I would get my makeup done during the hour and a half before. In the confirmation I was told to come 10 minutes early. I ended up being only 5 minutes early. It didn't really seem to matter because my skin consultant came at the exact time I was booked for.<br />
<br />
She asked me what my skin type was and left to go gather products. Then my makeup artist came and asked what kind of make up I wanted to get done whether it be smoky or bright. I told her bright and that she could do whatever she wanted. I was up for anything. Then she left to go get products.<br />
<br />
My skin consultant came back and prepped my skin. My eyes were closed for most of the time so I can't remember everything she used on me. I only remember the things she made a point to tell me that she was using. She told me she was using cleansing wipes from First Aid Beauty and an acne treatment from Clinique. She told that she used an oil as my moisturizer. I was concerned about that messing with the makeup that was going to be put on next. But, it didn't.<br />
<br />
My makeup artist came back to color match me to what I believe to be the Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24h. I don't know what shade but I think it's in 500 because I have a sample I'm trying out in that color. I didn't really care for the way this foundation wore on me when I tried it out previously but when she put it on it looked airbrushed.<br />
<br />
Anyway, She showed me some purple eyeshadows from Make Up Forever's newly reformulated line and I gave her the go ahead. She spent quite a while focusing on my eye makeup. I don't mind at all because she ended doing a bright smoky eye on me and I know that requires a lot of blending. Also, she used the Benefit's They're Real Pushup liner and it seemed like she was having problems with it. It kept flaking onto my face. Even after my makeup was done I found a black speck here and there. She used the Anastasia Brow Wiz and the Dip Brow Pomade on my eyebrows.<br />
<br />
She used a pinkish peachy eyeshadow from MUFE on my cheeks as a highlighter and it didn't emphasis my pores. She used NARS blush in Seduction on my cheeks. Lastly she used one of the new NARS lipsticks in the color Brigette I believe. She set my face using one of the Urban Decay setting sprays.<br />
<br />
Here are some photos: I apologize my selfie taking skills were horrible that day!<br />

<br />
After I ate. Some of my lipstick came off of course:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
This one is after I returned. Was I wearing lipstick? Because I can't tell:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-77wpNqW_C8k/VBetmdW0EvI/AAAAAAAABWE/2GbPHb58byM/s1600/makeover4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-77wpNqW_C8k/VBetmdW0EvI/AAAAAAAABWE/2GbPHb58byM/s1600/makeover4.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, That's it.</div>

Assalamu wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
This going to be my last review on the mascaras from the Lash Stash to go box from Sephora. I didn't review the Lancome Hynpose Drama because I have previously written a review on that a little over a year ago. If my opinions change then I'll do another post about it, but I don't want to have too many mascaras open at the same time.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-cHNdDZhUc8U/VA4qeXc9-pI/AAAAAAAABVE/3gWjAczy09c/s1600/IMG_3608.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-cHNdDZhUc8U/VA4qeXc9-pI/AAAAAAAABVE/3gWjAczy09c/s1600/IMG_3608.JPG" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
This mascara retails for $18 at Sephora. So, it's a little cheaper than most of the mascara's that come inside the Lash Stash box.<br />
<br />
The packaging is made out of a silver reflective plastic. The wand has plastic bristles like I prefer. However, I find the shape to be a little odd. The bristles spiral around the wand.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-fS0vLv9SrpE/VA4qn1Xw9AI/AAAAAAAABVM/fCnHAvNdca4/s1600/IMG_3609.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-fS0vLv9SrpE/VA4qn1Xw9AI/AAAAAAAABVM/fCnHAvNdca4/s1600/IMG_3609.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
Here are the claims on Sephora's website:<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;"><i><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><b style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bold;">What it is:</b></span></i></span></div>
<i><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;">A do-it-all mascara for larger-than-life lashes. </span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;"><br style="box-sizing: border-box;" /></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;"><b style="box-sizing: border-box; font-weight: bold;">What it does:</b></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;">This volumizing, lengthening, thickening, separating, long-wearing mascara does it all. The exclusive ProTwist180™ Wand is spiraled 180 degrees to curve around lashes and coat from all angles with intense black color. </span></span></i><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Xh5kLCeDPmo/VA4qvw43xCI/AAAAAAAABVU/RrVNnebgsEM/s1600/IMG_3607.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Xh5kLCeDPmo/VA4qvw43xCI/AAAAAAAABVU/RrVNnebgsEM/s1600/IMG_3607.JPG" height="640" width="640" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
This mascara is volumizing. However, not to the point that it becomes clumpy. I'm not sure about the lengthening aspect it. My lashes are already pretty long so I didn't notice any additional length. It does separate very well. It's why there was no clumping. It fans my lashes out very nicely. It doesn't look like you're wearing mascara. I did notice that this mascara, like most mascaras for me, smudged on my right bottom lash line a little. Very few mascara don't smudge on me there. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Also, I will be using this mascara in my next YouTube video that will hopefully go up on Thursday. So, if you want to see perform through video you should check that video out. If you like it please subscribe.</div>

Assalamu Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<br />
August is gone and September is here! I'm excited because September is my birthday month and I'll be turning 21 on the 14th. So, there are quite a few things that I have been liking in August and a number of them I have yet to mention here on my blog.<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<b><a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-W_463ozazSI/VAS9Gx8jqUI/AAAAAAAABUQ/mSf7JE2E-30/s1600/AugustFav1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-W_463ozazSI/VAS9Gx8jqUI/AAAAAAAABUQ/mSf7JE2E-30/s1600/AugustFav1.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></b></div>
<br />
<br />
<b>1. NARS Contour blush in Gienah</b><br />
<br />
I am very grateful to NARS for making a contour color that actually shows up on my skin. The darker color seems to have a slight reddish undertone when it's applied to the skin. I use the lighter color to sent my concealer under my eyes.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-0ItncZN5hUY/VAS-hvFMpNI/AAAAAAAABUg/27D-EEuzB9k/s1600/AugustFav2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-0ItncZN5hUY/VAS-hvFMpNI/AAAAAAAABUg/27D-EEuzB9k/s1600/AugustFav2.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<b>2. Urban Decay FLUSHED Dual Ended Brush</b><br />
<br />
I originally bought this brush to go with the NARS Contour blush. However, when I used them together I didn't like the results. I prefer to use this brush with blush. It applies more color than Ecotools blush brush I was using before.<br />
<br />
<b>3. ELF Complexion brush</b><br />
<br />
This is the brush that I am currently using to apply the NARS Contour blush. Since it's tapered the top is flatter. So, it's very good at making a line for contouring.<br />
<br />
<b>4. Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Dark Brown</b><br />
<br />
I've recently started filling in my eyebrows, but I didn't have an eyeshadow color that was dark enough. So, I decided to just buy a product specifically for my eyebrows. The Brow Wiz is raved about by many YouTube gurus for good reason. It fills in your eyebrow but it still looks natural. Also, it comes with a spoolie conveniently placed on the end of it.<br />
<br />
<b>5. Benefit's Watt's Up Illuminator</b><br />
<br />
I've had this product for months and have used it on and off. Apparently it's back on. It's very natural and doesn't look overly shimmery or glittery. You can use it over powder and it won't ruin your base.<br />
<br />
<b>6. Hourglass veil mineral primer and Smashbox Photo Matte primer</b><br />
<br />
I've been trying this combo ever since I saw Casey Holmes use it in one of her videos. I apply the Hourglass primer first all over my face but I focus it primarily on my T-zone. Then, I apply the Smashbox primer on the parts of my cheeks where I have huge pores.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, That's it.</div>

Assalamu wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
I missed last Monday's upload because I had just returned back to campus to start my last year of college and things have been kind of hectic. I will resume my normal Monday posting schedule this upcoming week.<br />
<br />
Also, I have created a YouTube account and have uploaded my first video. It's something I've been wanting to do for a while but never had the courage to actually go through with it. Thankfully, my friends and family were very encouraging.<br />
<br />
My first video is the '<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHCjLX1FRjQ&list=UUA0bMVT26FSMf-kuHC_4N6g" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">My Makeup Story Tag</a>.' I chose to do that video as a type of introduction so people can learn a little a bit about me. So, if you could go watch it subscribe, leave a comment, and/ or like I would really appreciate it.<br />

L'oreal Color Caresse Wet Shine Stain<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">
Assalamu wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
So, this post is going much later than I prefer! But I have been so uninspired lately and all I have been doing are reviews. So, I wanted to switch it up a little.<br />
<br />
While I was applying my L'oreal Color Caresse Wet Shine Stain in the shade '188 Coral Tattoo,' I immediately thought of my<a href="http://mimi-amoderndayhijabi.blogspot.com/2014/06/review-dior-addict-fluid-stick.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"> Dior Addict Fluid Stick</a>. It's not the color that reminds me of my Fluid Stick but the formula. The Dior Addict Fluid Stick is $35 and the L'oreal Color Caresse Wet Shine Stain retails for around $9-$10. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-x5gx_8m3ZEU/U_K8DnP4TwI/AAAAAAAABTc/gt6dktm0klg/s1600/dupecomp1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-x5gx_8m3ZEU/U_K8DnP4TwI/AAAAAAAABTc/gt6dktm0klg/s1600/dupecomp1.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
When you first apply them they feel very wet and light, like water. I recommend using the applicator to apply and blend for both products.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-4yiiR6XGa2E/U_K8YIQiLUI/AAAAAAAABTk/SNx7I_J-Q8s/s1600/dupecomp2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-4yiiR6XGa2E/U_K8YIQiLUI/AAAAAAAABTk/SNx7I_J-Q8s/s1600/dupecomp2.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
However, the Fluid Stick is more pigmented and stickier. I normally have to layer the L'oreal Color Caresse but with the Fluid Stick I dip back into the bottle once for each lip. They both have two very distinctive and different fragrances in them. Both of them dry with a nice shine.Also, both of them leave a stain but the Dior Fluid Stick stains longer. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-HDxY2MYaKC0/U_K9lWzOqaI/AAAAAAAABTw/XOajAHhf3Pg/s1600/dupecomp4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-HDxY2MYaKC0/U_K9lWzOqaI/AAAAAAAABTw/XOajAHhf3Pg/s1600/dupecomp4.jpg" height="480" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
They both have the same kind of applicator as well. I know the Color Caresse Wet Shine Stain is often compared to the YSL Glossy Stain. I've never tried the YSL Glossy Stain. But, to me it seemed very comparable to the Fluid Stick. They're not exact dupes but if you want something similar to the Dior Fluid Stick and don't want to pay $35, you should definitely try the L'oreal Color Caresse Wet Shine Stain. <br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, what do you think?</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Until Next Time,</div>

Assalamu wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />Today I'm reviewing the Blinc Water resistant Mascara. I've never heard of Blinc before I got the Lash Stash to go box. So, I was curious about this mascara. I'll tell you now, it's my least favorite out of the entire box. <br />
<br />
It doesn't have a specific name as far as I noticed. On the Blinc website it's under 'Mascara.' It retails for $26. <br />
<br />
So let's look at the claims of the product.<br />
<br />
<u>Claims</u>: <br />
<i>If you're looking for a no-hassle, no-smudge mascara that you can take
throughout your day with no re-application, blinc mascara is your
answer. Instead of painting your lashes like conventional mascaras,
blinc mascara forms tiny no-smudge, water-resistant "tubes" around your
lashes. Once applied, these mascara tubes bind to your lashes and cannot
run, smudge, clump, or flake, even if you cry or rub your eyes. Whether
your daily activities take you from the office, to your sweaty workout
or out to dinner, your lashes will look as good in the evening as they
did when you first applied blinc in the morning. blinc mascara will add
volume and length to give you a radiant natural look that lasts all day.
Only when you are ready for removal, the tubes will effortlessly slide
off your lashes into your hand without the use of a harsh makeup
remover.</i><br />
<i>blinc
is better than water proof mascaras. All it takes is the combination of
warm water and gentle pressure, from your fingertips, a washcloth or
water pressure (i.e. shower) and the tubes will slide off your lashes
effortlessly. Upon removal you will actually see the tiny mascara tubes
in your hand!</i><br />
<i>
</i><i>Great for sensitive eyes, mascara from blinc has been clinically
tested to be non-irritating making it ideal for contact lens wearers and
active people in search of a mascara whose look, hold and ease of
removal is without compromise.</i><br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-zL4a-uBlcb4/U-jm8rnfr9I/AAAAAAAABTE/H5Yu6MZwLQI/s1600/IMG_3380.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-zL4a-uBlcb4/U-jm8rnfr9I/AAAAAAAABTE/H5Yu6MZwLQI/s1600/IMG_3380.JPG" height="640" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
The wand of this mascara is a classic spiral bristle wand. <br />
<br />
Pros:<br />
This mascara is really black.<br />
It separates lashes very well.<br />
Water resistant.<br />
<br />
This mascara does come off easily when you rub eye your eye gently with water. It doesn't come off like normal mascaras, however. It comes off in "tendrils" or "tubes" like Blinc likes to call them. They don't look like tubes to me. <br />
<br />
Cons:<br />
This mascara is very wet and takes a while to dry.<br />
This mascara doesn't provide volume or length.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-T4VuBSZctLs/U-jkugqKoSI/AAAAAAAABS4/E2JtHXuvVtk/s1600/IMG_3381.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-T4VuBSZctLs/U-jkugqKoSI/AAAAAAAABS4/E2JtHXuvVtk/s1600/IMG_3381.JPG" height="640" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
In the pictures above you can see the mascara on my eyelid. It transferred from my lashes when I blinked. The mascara hadn't dried yet. However, it didn't smudge once it did dry. It lasted until I took off later that night.<br />
<br />
Bottom Line: Like I said before this mascara is my least favorite. It's nice to have a water resistant mascara in the Lash Stash to go box. However, I probably wouldn't go out an purchase it. All it's really good for is darkening and separating your lashes. So, if you want a natural look that's water resistant. You should give this a try.<br />
<br />

Assalamu wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
For this post I'm going to be reviewing the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer. This is my first time trying anything from Hourglass. I've been wanting their Ambient Lighting Powder and Blushes though. I bought the primer the day before Ramadan started and have been using it every day that I wore makeup since.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-n9weneqKweo/U9-fU4p5LvI/AAAAAAAABSM/FvzJmdrRfz8/s1600/IMG_3295.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-n9weneqKweo/U9-fU4p5LvI/AAAAAAAABSM/FvzJmdrRfz8/s1600/IMG_3295.JPG" height="640" width="640" /></a></div>
<br />
I love this primer! It's a mattifying primer which is exactly what I need. Let's look at the claims of the company about the product.<br />
<br />
<u>Claims:</u><br />
<u><br /></u>
<br />
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="-webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none;"></span></div>

<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;"><br /></span></span>
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;"><br /></span></span>
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;">This primer comes out as a white thick liquid. When you first apply it, it does give a bit of a white cast. However, that doesn't show through your foundation.</span></span><br />
<div style="margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;">
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;">This does feel very silky. Like a silicon primer. I know that there are some people that don't care for primers like that. So, keep that in mind. </span></span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;">
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;">I don't have any fine lines or wrinkles as of now (and hopefully not for a long time). As for my pores, I don't notice them appearing any smaller. I usually don't. I might be very oblivious to that. I would prefer for them to be gone altogether. So, seeing them slightly minimized is not something I care for I guess. </span></span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;">
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;">It does extend the wear of my makeup and it takes me longer to get oily. When I do it's not very much. </span></span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;">
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;">I agree that the finish of this is a satin-finish. After I apply all of my makeup and my setting powder I don't look overly matte and dry.</span></span></div>
<div style="margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;">
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;">I prefer the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer over the Smashbox Photo Matte Primer.The former performs better. However, I will continue to use them both.</span></span></div>
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;"><br /></span></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="-webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none;"></span>
<br />
<div style="margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;">
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="-webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;">Now let's talk price. This primer can be purchased in 3 sizes. I bought the smallest for $18. It's 10 ML or .33 oz. The next size available is 30 ML or 1 oz. That retails for $52. The last size available is Jumbo on Sephora's website. It's 60 ML or 2oz and retails for $72. The last size is limited edition.</span></span></span></div>
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="-webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none;">
</span>
<div style="margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;">
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="-webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;">So, depending on your budget you have 3 price points to go with. I definitely recommend giving this product a try, especially if you have oily skin. I know Sephora had it as a 100 point perk recently. It still might be one. </span></span></span><br />
<span class="Apple-style-span" style="-webkit-text-decorations-in-effect: none;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 17px;"><br /></span></span>

Assalamu wa Alaykum/ Hi,<br />
<br />
Eid Mubarak to everyone that is celebrating it! This post is going up a day later than my normal Monday schedule because of Eid.<br />
<br />
Today I'm going to be reviewing two of Maybelline's Hi-lighting Blushes. I noticed that I have been doing a lot of posts on higher-end makeup. So, I decided to throw a drugstore one into the mix.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-7j0-78G67s0/U9fUqoq9NTI/AAAAAAAABQ8/BJ39mpcf76E/s1600/maybellinehilight01.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-7j0-78G67s0/U9fUqoq9NTI/AAAAAAAABQ8/BJ39mpcf76E/s1600/maybellinehilight01.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
The first blush that I bought was in the shade 01 Natural. I shouldn't even call these blushes because they imparted no color on me, especially the one in the shade Natural. These products have a mosaic design and you swirl your brush in it to get the highlight. It's not really possible to use some colors in the mosaic and not others. Unless you're using it for eyeshadow with a small shader brush and I don't really recommend these for eyeshadow.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-XU3pSDm0WO8/U9fUsSSGjWI/AAAAAAAABRE/z1BomHrPMfI/s1600/maybellinehilight01-2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-XU3pSDm0WO8/U9fUsSSGjWI/AAAAAAAABRE/z1BomHrPMfI/s1600/maybellinehilight01-2.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
From the research that I did I found out that these particular shade was part of a limited edition collection. There were only two on the display so I felt special. Until I took it home and swatched it.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-7FUMm3xwh5c/U9fXdHGMZsI/AAAAAAAABRo/unlm10eT91k/s1600/maybellinghilightsw1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-7FUMm3xwh5c/U9fXdHGMZsI/AAAAAAAABRo/unlm10eT91k/s1600/maybellinghilightsw1.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
This is every oily skinned person's worst nightmare when it comes to highlighters. The sparkle that was on the back of my hand after I swatched made me want to go back and return it right away! But, I decided to keep it and try it on my face.<br />
<br />
Before I tried it on my face, I kept swatching it. Hoping the outcome would change. When I did swatch it on my face, the sparkle accentuated my pores. So, I exchanged it the next day for the shade 30 Coral. (I love Rite Aid's return policy!)<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-MhTt6GK9cUs/U9fUyyi1vsI/AAAAAAAABRU/yPRlrPByBdU/s1600/maybellinehilight02-1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-MhTt6GK9cUs/U9fUyyi1vsI/AAAAAAAABRU/yPRlrPByBdU/s1600/maybellinehilight02-1.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-piQqBevvezg/U9fU1Idak0I/AAAAAAAABRc/o1TAxI5970M/s1600/maybellinehilight02-2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-piQqBevvezg/U9fU1Idak0I/AAAAAAAABRc/o1TAxI5970M/s1600/maybellinehilight02-2.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
This one has a little sparkle but it's more of a sheen and that's what I look for in a highlighter. On people much fairer than me this could be a blush. It does give some color on me but not much so I probably will keep it on the high points of my cheeks.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-PLRy3n3xPz0/U9fXxTT-gpI/AAAAAAAABRw/iyzbZHvreH0/s1600/maybellinehilightsw2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-PLRy3n3xPz0/U9fXxTT-gpI/AAAAAAAABRw/iyzbZHvreH0/s1600/maybellinehilightsw2.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
When I apply it to my face it doesn't bring attention to my pores like the other one did. So, I think it depends on the shade.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-H4ALetwhvsg/U9fYA8ICUoI/AAAAAAAABR4/j6H0M0WzlxM/s1600/maybellinehilight02-3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-H4ALetwhvsg/U9fYA8ICUoI/AAAAAAAABR4/j6H0M0WzlxM/s1600/maybellinehilight02-3.jpg" height="640" width="480" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
I give the one in 30 Coral a thumbs up and the one in 01 Natural a thumbs down.</div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
So, That's it.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Until Next Time,</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
